On the basis of carefully summarizing and evaluating the implementation of policies, we should strengthen overall coordination, improve implementation mechanisms, and better play the role of promoting the expansion of domestic demand. We must severely crack down on fraudulent subsidies and ensure that subsidy funds are used effectively and efficiently. We need to further strengthen policy support in finance, taxation, and other areas, innovate consumption and investment scenarios, optimize the consumption and investment environment, and implement comprehensive policies to unleash the potential of domestic demand.
The meeting pointed out that developing the sports industry and sports consumption is an important part of implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand. The meeting pointed out that the implementation of the "Three North" project is a major national strategy, which is related to China's ecological security, the construction of a strong country, and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. We must enhance our sense of mission and responsibility, persistently promote engineering construction, and effectively build a solid ecological security barrier in northern China. We need to strengthen the overall planning and coordination, better implement the integrated protection and systematic governance of mountains, waters, forests, fields, lakes, grasses, and sands, implement supportive policies such as finance, taxation, and land, guide localities to develop characteristic industries according to local conditions, and achieve a win-win situation in ecological, economic, and social benefits. The meeting pointed out that the safety production of fishing boats involves the vital interests of fishermen, ship owners, crew members, and others. We need to combine the special rectification of marine fishing vessel safety production with the promotion of high-quality development of the fishing industry, support the renovation and upgrading of old fishing vessels, strengthen the construction and management of fishing ports, improve the safety literacy of fishermen, make good use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, and achieve the strengthening of the entire chain of marine fishing vessel safety supervision and the improvement of all elements of intrinsic safety level.
