Model clauses

All parties to this contract agree to submit any disputes arising from or related to this contract to the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Shanghe Price Dispute Mediation Center for mediation in accordance with the current effective mediation rules of the center at the time of applying for mediation. After mediation, if a mediation agreement is reached, all parties shall conscientiously fulfill the contents of the mediation agreement. If a mediation agreement is reached, the parties may apply to the Chongqing Arbitration Commission for the issuance of an arbitration mediation agreement; Or apply to the people's court with jurisdiction to issue a civil ruling or civil mediation agreement.
