On July 27, 2025, the Shanghe Price Dispute Mediation Center in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, recognized the vocational skills of the first phase of the 2025 mediator training students. After review by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Multi functional Economic and Trade Platform, 103 comrades including Hou Jin were deemed qualified and passed the review (see attachment). Therefore, the "Mediators" certificate and the appointment letter of our center are hereby issued.
